It was Saturday July 18, and my front brakes were making a squeaky noise, I didn’t think I would get seen on such a short notice and there were three people already ahead of me but Cassie reassured me that she could have someone look at it and took care of my problem. 👏👏 thank you Very much . And there was no charge for brake inspection 🙌

Car's AC wasnt working for 4 to 5 years and I took it here. They were professional and very polite with the care of my car. NOW it blows like a winter breeze! Reasonable price and excellent work. Thank you!

Brought my car in to get the AC worked on. The staff was very friendly and informative, there was a bit of confusion about my car being done when it still needed some work, they apologized and got my car back later that same day! My AC hasn't blown this good in years, so happy with my experience, will definitely bring my car back any maintenance I might need!

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ I had an overall average experience at Meineke. The pricing was pretty much in line with other shops in the area, so no real complaints there. The service manager was actually a highlight—pleasant to deal with and responsive whenever I had questions or requests, which I appreciated. However, the main issue I had was with the diagnostic fee. They were not willing to reimburse it, even after moving forward with repairs. In my experience, most reputable shops will apply or waive that fee if you proceed with the work, so that was disappointing. The owner was firm on this and not willing to make an exception. Also, be cautious with the Easy Pay financing option. It may seem convenient at first, but after the initial 3 months, the interest rate increases significantly, which can catch you off guard if you're not paying close attention. Overall, not a terrible experience, but there are definitely better customer-friendly options out there.

I wasn’t happy with my experience here. I came in to get my transmission fluid changed. They changed it out, but it was leaking transmission fluid And I had to come back the next day. They ended up charging me for a new transmission cover to fix it. Then I came in to get my AC fixed, they quoted me $1700 to fix everything. I agreed and paid! When I came to pick up the truck, I drove a block down the street and noticed the driver side vents were cold, but the passenger side vents were blowing scorching hot air! The technician didn’t even check to see if passenger vents were blowing cold! The technician also broke my dash and my A-pillar cover! I immediately turned the truck around and came back They apologize and said that they were going to fix it. The next day they called me saying that there’s other actuators that need to be replaced and was going to be another $1700! A total of $3400 to get the AC fixed! If they told me that from the beginning, and I wouldn’t have gone through the trouble of getting the AC fixed! Not for $3400! I had already spent the money getting the AC halfway fixed (Which was pretty much useless since One side blows, cold, and the other blows hot) I finally
